We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Car Rental Sales Agent to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who can drive sales, handle customer inquiries, and deliver a seamless rental experience in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries, bookings, and rental agreements
- Promote and sell car rental packages and services
- Achieve sales targets and maximize upselling opportunities
- Coordinate with operations for vehicle availability and delivery
- Manage customer documentation, contracts, and system updates
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve queries efficiently
- Maintain accurate records in CRM/ERP systems
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in car rental, sales, or customer service roles within the Automotive or Car Rental industry
- Must be bilingual: Fluent in English plus any other international language (Arabic, French, Spanish)
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and customer handling
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Good system handling (CRM/ERP preferred)
