Sales Coordinator – Automotive

Milele is looking for a detail-oriented and execution-driven Sales Coordinator to support our automotive sales team. This role is critical in ensuring smooth coordination between sales, operations and finance, enabling seamless order processing and timely vehicle delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Process and manage vehicle sales orders in internal systems (ERP/CRM)
- Coordinate with sales, operations, supply chain and finance teams to ensure smooth execution of deals
- Track order status and provide real-time updates to the sales team
- Verify and maintain accurate documentation and system entries
- Support the sales team with pricing, availability, and delivery coordination
- Follow up on pending approvals, payments, and operational requirements
- Ensure all sales transactions are processed accurately and within timelines
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor's with 2–4 years of experience in Sales Coordination
- Experience in automotive, trading or similar fast-paced industries is preferred
- Strong understanding of sales processes and order handling
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems
- Excellent command of Microsoft Excel (data tracking, reporting)
- Female candidates will be preferred for this role
