We are looking for a strategic and proactive HR Business Partner to collaborate with business leaders and drive initiatives that enhance organizational performance, engagement, and talent development. As an HRBP, you will act as a trusted advisor to managers, aligning HR strategies with business objectives and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Your responsibilities:
Support workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning initiatives.
Drive performance management processes, including goal setting and performance reviews.
Collaborate with leadership to identify capability gaps and implement development programs.
Analyze HR metrics and provide data-driven insights for decision-making.
Support change management initiatives and organizational development efforts.
Promote a positive employee experience and engagement culture.
Coach managers on leadership, people management, and team effectiveness.

Skill sets/Experience we require:
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
3+ years of HR experience, preferably with exposure to HRBP or HR generalist roles.
Experience working in fast-paced or matrix organizations is an advantage.
Advanced Excel Skills is a (Must)
