The HR Operations Manager plays a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient HR operations that support business objectives. You will oversee daily HR functions, maintain accurate HR data, and drive process improvements while fostering a positive workplace culture aligned with corporate values.
Your responsibilities:
•Manage daily HR operations, ensuring efficient delivery of HR services such as payroll, employee records, and HR systems.
•Develop, implement, and improve HR policies, procedures, and operational workflow.
•Manage HR data, reporting, and analytics to support strategic decision-making.
•Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
•Strong knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and HRIS systems.
Skill sets/Experience we require:
• Min. bachelor’s degree in human resources, or related field.
• 5+ years' experience in related job.
• Experience working in fast-paced or matrix organizations is an advantage.
• ERP Knowledge is MUST. Advanced Excel is a Must (Pivot tables | Dashboards| Data Crunching)
