We are hiring a high-performance Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant to the Chairman; a proactive, execution-driven professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and takes full ownership of outcomes.
This is not a traditional admin role. You will act as the Chairman’s execution arm, managing priorities, driving follow-ups, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks across business and personal responsibilities.
This role offers the opportunity to work directly with senior leadership, gain exposure across multiple businesses, and operate at the heart of strategic and operational execution.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage the Chairman’s end-to-end calendar, time prioritization, and daily planning
  • Translate requests into clear actions, assign owners, track progress, and close loops
  • Prepare daily and weekly briefing packs with context, action points, and recommendations
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, capture decisions, and ensure follow-through
  • Manage executive communications (email, WhatsApp, calls) with discretion and professionalism
  • Handle executive travel end-to-end (flights, hotels, visas, itineraries, contingencies)
  • Support board meetings, VIP engagements, and high-profile events
  • Manage sensitive documentation, signatures, filings, and confidential workflows
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure premium service standards
  • Support personal assistance tasks with absolute confidentiality and reliability

What We’re Looking For

  • 5–8 years’ experience as EA/PA to a Chairman, CEO, or Founder
  • Strong understanding of UAE business culture and local ecosystem
  • Valid UAE driving license and confidence driving across the UAE
  • Excellent English communication (Arabic is a plus)
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and executive presence
  • High integrity, discretion, and sound judgment
  • Experience coordinating across multiple time zones


Availability & Flexibility

  • Flexible working hours aligned with the Chairman’s schedule
  • Availability for urgent matters, including occasional evenings, weekends, or holidays
  • Willingness to travel locally and internationally on short notice
