The Sales Executive is responsible for driving international sales, expanding market presence, and managing the full sales cycle for vehicle exports. The role focuses on developing business in African, GCC, and global markets while ensuring exceptional customer experience and smooth coordination with internal teams. The ideal candidate is target-driven, proactive, and knowledgeable about global automotive trading.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Business Development

Identify and develop new business opportunities in African, GCC, and international markets.
Generate leads through market research, referrals, online platforms, and networking.
Follow up on prospects, prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close deals.
Maintain an active sales pipeline with regular updates and weekly sales reports.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

2. Customer Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, brokers, and international buyers.
Conduct virtual or onsite meetings to present available stock and new offers.
Provide timely updates on new arrivals, promotions, and pricing changes.
Handle customer queries, resolve issues, and manage after-sales communication.

3. Export Operations Coordination

Coordinate with logistics, procurement, yard operations, and documentation teams to ensure smooth order processing.
Ensure all export documents (Invoice, COO, Form M, Bill of Lading, etc.) are accurate and complete.
Track shipments and keep customers informed of delivery timelines.

4. Market & Product Knowledge

Stay updated on global vehicle demand, pricing trends, competitor activities, and UAE stock availability.
Provide insights to the Sales Manager on pricing, stock mix, new opportunities, and high-demand models.

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in automotive sales, preferably in vehicle exports.
Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.

Skills & Competencies

Fluency in Arabic (mandatory); additional languages such as French or Swahili are an advantage.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Understanding of export processes, shipping procedures, and international trade documentation.
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced trading environment.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
